Moreover, the company will request the seized container or item to be returned then the item will be resolved by the forwarding party whether the item will be disposed of or fined at the officer's discretion. Companies only claim their rights such as ships and containers only. When that corruption happens, however, they push to innovate and make the supply chain even better which of course leads to new problems. Because of this, flexibility may be the most important thing to have when problem solving in logistics. Flexibility allows the organization to adapt to the issue that arise today as well as tomorrow.
